Important Considerations Before Booking:

  • Event Insurance: Event insurance is required for each event to protect both the client and the venue from potential liabilities, such as property damage or personal injury, ensuring financial coverage under any circumstances. Specifics regarding this are delineated in the contract, which will be provided upon the signing of the proposal and invoice. 
  • Cleaning Fee: We require a cleaning fee of $180, which is due along with your first payment 30 days prior to the event (cash, check, or proof of payment on Venmo). 
  • Event Coordination: Professional event coordination, or at least professional day-of coordinating services, is typically required to ensure a smooth event experience. However, if you prefer to handle coordination on your own, we offer the option to waive this requirement by signing an agreement that outlines the additional responsibilities you'll assume.
