PRICING PACKAGES

Clients are encouraged to select from preferred vendor list for catering, rentals & bar service. We kindly request each event hosts a dedicated event coordinator.

Monday - Thursday 

Hourly Rates:

• Event Time: $800/hour (maximum of 4 hours)
• Set-Up Time: 1 hour included; $200 for an additional hour (maximum of 3 hours)
• Break-Down Time: 1 hour included; $200 for an additional hour (maximum of 2 hours)

Friday - Sunday

Hourly Rates:

• Event Time: $1,000/hour (maximum of 4 hours)
• Set-Up Time: 1 hour included; $200 for an additional hour (maximum of 3 hours)
• Break-Down Time: 1 hour included; $200 for an additional hour (maximum of 2 hours)

Equipment Rentals:
Please note that tables and chairs must be set up and broken down by the Renter.

• Bistro Tables: $16 each
• 5’ Round Tables: $16 each (comfortably seats 6-8)
• 6’ Tables: $16 each
• 8’ Tables: $18 each
• Chairs: $2 each
• Easel: $20 each
• Propane Heaters: $100 each
